The SWRGC from time to time need assist with Communication needs. Below is a list of work opportunities that we have to offer through the year:
- Event Photography
- Audio work: This includes set-up, event work, and break down
- Video work: Set-up, recording, distribution creation (DVD onsite sales), breakdown and some time post-production work
- Camp Meeting A/V Team
- SWRGC Camp ground A/V Event needs
Must have knowledge of audio mixers, speakers, monitors and mic set-up. The ability to clear a background check. Willing to work with others and follow directions from Conference administration and departmental directors. Must be familiar with SWRGC Communication Equipment. All work will be done with SWRGC Communication Equipment. If an individual chooses to use their own equipment on an SWRGC assignment; the SWRGC is not responsible for any loss, broken or stolen items.
All work assignments are conducted through a bid system. Each individual that would like to contract with the Communication department must submit a cost bid that will be reviewed by the director and alined with the event budget that has been created. Approval of the most favorable bid will be accepted after the review.
Please keep in mind that the SWRGC uses a budget for all events where communication equipment is used. You must be will to work within that budget. Each assignment will be posted below when they become available.
